✨Last week’s Friday saw Maria 01 buzzing with excitement from Urban Tech Helsinki’s Startup Spotlight!

To commemorate our startups for their past year of hard work and dedication, the Startup Spotlight looked to acknowledge and celebrate the stellar activities of our 2024 batch of startups. 🌟

🏆In particular, three startups were awarded for their outstanding performance in separate areas:

🔹Burak Gedik from Benerg was awarded the Business Kickstarter award, for demonstrating tangible results and business development throughout the incubation period.

🔹Aseem Shakuntal from Codemenders Oy was awarded the Community Builder award for his active contribution to creating the community spirit within Urban Tech Helsinki.

🔹Ville Hyvärinen from Pictue was awarded the City of Helsinki award for his direct collaboration with city specialists in product development to make Helsinki a better place to live in, both ecologically and socially.

👏 Thank you to all of the startups for their wonderful pitches, and thank you to our excellent panelists who not only provided insightful and constructive comments for our startups but also delved into an engaging panel discussion regarding the future direction of investment trends.
